Z589/2 Variable chamber baler

The Z589 variable chamber baler is intended for collecting and baling plant material (hay, dry grass and straw) into cylindrical bales. The baler produces 1200 mm wide bales in the diameter range from 500 to 1600 mm.
The machine features a bladed rotor that can be disengaged at any time. The blades have individual spring protection features and the design cutting length is approx. 77 mm.
The machine enables smoothly variable setting of the compaction ratio of the collected material, which is controlled manually with the DCV located on the machine. The baler’s highlights include high compaction baling from the very beginning of the process (for a hard bale core) and the capacity of baling with low density cores and more compacted outer layers, just like in constant displacement balers.
The control panel enables the operator to set and track individual stages of machine operation: from the loading of the chamber and increasing the bale diameter to the stages of bale wrapping, bale release and chamber closure before the next baling cycle.
