Bale wrapper Z529 – self-loading

Bale wrapper Z529 is a machine suspended on a frontal or rear tractor TUZ hitch. It features bottom loading, which is completely automatic and is performed by special wrapping arms equipped with cylinders that rotate the bale. Wrapping process is performed automatically by a mechanical arm that rotates around the bale with a fixed roll feeder, which wraps bales rotating on the cylinders in layers of film. When wrapping is finished, the film is gripped and cut automatically by a hydraulic cutting device. After confirming with a push of a button, the bale is offloaded to the ground by parting of the cylinder equipped arms. The machine allows bales with 1200-1500mm diameter to be wrapped. The maximum weight of the bale cannot exceed 1000kg. Wrapping of one 1200mm diameter bale takes about two minutes. The machine’s compact size allows to easily traverse a hayfield or a barnyard. Because of the wrapper’s relatively small laden mass (780kg), a tractor with just 60kW output is required for transport and operation. As standard issue there is a 750mm film feeder, a hydraulic film cutter and a control panel. Optionally the machine can be equipped with a hydraulic bale positioning device, which allows the wrapped bale to be placed on its base.
